Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the US in 1979 as a boat refugee. His family subsequently settled in Southern California where obtained his B.S. degree in Biology with Cum Laude Honor from the University of California, Irvine. He earned his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, CA. Dr. Nguyen completed general surgery internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and otolaryngology residency at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. He is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Nguyen has been in private practice since 1999. He treats patients in all areas of otorhinolaryngology including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is fully experienced in all the latest surgical techniques. He has special interests in the medical and surgical treatment of patients with difficult chronic sinus diseases and nasal polyps. He is committed to remain on the forefront of technological advances in endoscopic surgery to improve the safety and precision of his procedures. Dr. Nguyen is affiliated with Community Hospital of San Bernardino, St. Bernardine Medical Center, and Riverside Community Hospital.

Dr. Nguyen is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He and his wife, Dr. Jacqueline T. Do, have three adult children. He enjoys gardening, traveling, playing piano and guitar, and outdoors activities such as boating, fishing, and gardening. Languages spoken include: English, Vietnamese and limited Spanish.
