He has been with Upland Surgeons since 1995, performing laparoscopic and invasive procedures using the latest surgical techniques and cutting edge technology. He was the first surgeon in the area to perform the sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer, which is now the standard of care. His use of Lapraroscopic Nissen Fundoplication for severe reflux and minimally invasive techniques for Hemorrhoidectomy provide quick relief for often debilitating and painful conditions.
As an oncologic surgeon, Dr. Spivack understands the challenges cancer patients face and works closely with medical and radiation oncologists to assure his patients receive integrated management of their illness.
